Q. What are the quality standards of Kactus Eyewear?
A. We make all of our Sunglasses to EN Standards and our UV Catogary 3 lenses are made to perform to high standards.
Shipping and returns
Shipping your sunglasses to you in the United Kingdom will cost you £5 all inclusive. This service take 3-5 days.
Shipping to the rest of the World will cost £10 and will be posted via the cheapest service to save you money, this service can take up to 3 weeks.
To return a product that you simply so not want, please find our return address at the foot of our website.
This return is at your own cost and the cost of the item only will be refunded within 3 days of us receiving your undamaged product.
Damaged or Faulty products
Any Faulty or Damaged in transit products will be refunded or replaced on an idividuel case study on the return of the product.
Wear and tear products and consumer damaged products are non refundable.
Each case will be handled individually.
